A short gameplay of the WIP project.
There's so much to do, but I wanted to show what I've got for now.
Garet Bouncing, by utilizing my amateur animating skills, this was the best I could do to make things bounce. Honestly, I'm happy with the result.

Honestly, this is my first time doing sprite work. I can't tell if I'm going in the right direction with this but I'll push on and make the rest of it. The process is slow but very rewarding!
Designing the Protagonist.
The few things I kept in mind when desgining him. His age is between 24-35. I didn't want him to look too young or too old, somewhere in-between is what I was aiming for.
I included the height difference between the two. Feraldians is definitely much taller than humans.

I made a small video to show the progress of the new game.
There's still so much to do, including battle system, item creation system, character designs, background work and whole bunch of other things.
So here we have a list of crafting items!
I plan to incorporate item synthesis into the game, which means I need to write down a whole bunch of names, details and such for each item/skill/magic/weapon/armor.
It's long process but definitely an important step before adding it towards the game.
Once everything has been processed, the next step will be:
Items - Draw image item/icon, add item effects, crafting/synthesizing other items during battle. A seperate Synthesis...
Created some new assets for making a rocky background!
Drawn out the foreground to give that nice layer effect!
I've also been trying out some particle effects, which can be added to the game!

I've begun making more maps towards the game. Honestly it's fun but extremely time consuming. Even though I know this, the outcome is totally worth it.
Creating something unique instead of using the presets from RPG Maker MV, is definitely something I want to continue. Hopefully it'll be a beautiful game once I have something playable to show.

There is so much to do this time, even more than the previous game.
Currently very happy with the first map experiment, drawing the background has never been so fun! - Using Parallax Mapping to accomplish this.
With the game project out of the way, new goals and tiers has been edited.

Leon's Route is roughly 90% complete.
Some testing is due for him and his route, besides some other added material towards the game.
With the way things are going, there will definitely be a demo out at the end of this month, if not then it will be on the 1st June!
