Chadwick and The Castle Guards

Here’s a peek at a side character in the upcoming story. Although Chadwick won’t be a major part of the story, he’ll be featured prominently in the first chapter, and then occasionally later on.

The design on the right is one of the many Castle Guards stationed around Stellar’s castle. As guards in service of the King’s order, they share the same uniform, which I fashioned to look similar to Templar Knights.

Okay, so here’s an idea I’ve been wanting to illustrate for a long time. Some good old fashioned, Biblical p0rn! This really takes me back to my religious upbringing, growing up in churches and private schools and whatnot.

But really, I just wanted to draw Eve... She’s the world’s first woman (if you still buy the story anyways), so I like to imagine her with full breasts, big untamed hair, and a big untamed bush to match.

Stellar Redesign (plus nude version)

Since I was redesigning the character I figured I’d take a moment to draw her nude so we could fully see her figure. 

Stellar is a little bit thicker than Stiletto, with larger breasts as well. I also decided to give her a colorful little patch to match her hair, but I’m undecided on this detail. Perhaps she’d look better bare. What do you think?

Stellar and Stiletto (Stellar Redesign)

Okay, I decided to take another shot at Stellar’s design since I wasn’t feeling my first attempt. I honestly think I just needed to lean a little harder into the “princess” thing. Her ears and hairstyle have changed as well.

For reference, you can see the image of the old design in this post too. I think the characters stand in better contrast now, while also looking like they share they same world. What do you think?

It took a bit of effort, but I think I managed to get her little boobies just right. Hopefully the rest of her looks just as enticing. Perhaps it’s not my most inventive piece, but I’m pleased with the balance of simplification and structure here - even if this look isn’t entirely my end goal either.

Here’s another look at our lovely Deer lady. This time I decided to use references for the pose (as opposed to working from imagination like in the last one). I’m not sure which approach works better, ultimately, but I always have more fun when I work without them.

I’m not as adapt at the backside as I am the front for whatever reasons, so the references were useful here, but I’ll continue to work on simplifying my style as I’m not quite satisfied with the technique just yet.<...

Just another experiment here. Still trying to reduce my technique down to find a more simple style and approach for a future project. This time, I decided to free myself from references (except for the hands), and let my mind do the work. 

I came up with this simple deer girl design, making sure she was long and skinny with doe-eyes to fit the motif. I like her well enough, how about you?
