On another note: I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT THE RELAY COMIC. So, I've resumed work on that tonight, assembled it in Toon Boom to act as a video editor, and now I just need to time out the audio. There's not really a WIP to show of it that looks like anything new, but I've got the audio already recorded and everything and things are back on track.

This wound up being more cumbersome than expected. Couldn't decide on an angle to do, and the first one wound up being way more complex than originally intended. This was supposed to be a simple, 'memey' option after all.

Decided to finish this tonight as a back-to-work project. This isn't the first time I've animated Pulse's internals but it's kinda fun to represent.
On note of other projects involving robot girls, the Relay comic is also recorded now! Just need to assemble the video with the audio attached.
Honestly the voice acting really emphasizes how it's basically 'those lemon stealing whores!' tier lmao

Little thing I had in my head for a while.

Trying out a new shading technique. Literally all I did was make a brush where pen pressure controls opacity rather than size, couple it with a blur tool and you get some really controllable shading tbh. I'm really pleased with how effective it is.

There was a drawing of Miku I saw the other day that was really damn good in proportions and pose, so I used it as inspiration for Pivot and Curly doodles.
On another note, the Relay animated comic has its flat colors done. I need to now render the frames out and composite it, and look into getting audio.
And, it's very obvious that Socket is going to be one of the winners of this month's poll, so I got a head start! The animation is mostly done, but I plan to do a variant or two ...
