Finally got around to finishing this.

Now comes the drafting stages for the animation itself. E.g., transitions, dialog, backgrounds, etc.

So, few more updates on the asbestos situation.

Turns out the asbestos isn't part of the drywall itself, which is good. it's just in the joiners that connect the drywall to the masonry. Which means it's just a few studs where there's asbestos.

Unfortunately it still has to be removed and that'll still be a process. But it also means the office wall doesn't have any asbestos in it either (which it was built much later so it shouldn't've either way).

We're currently stuck waiting on ...

It's not a huge risk to me but it does complicate the repair process. I've already moved everything to the other side of the house, into my room, so I'm far away from where the damage is.

Normally the asbestos wouldn't be a huge issue cause it'd be inside the walls itself, not airborne, but since they need to knock out part of the wall to get to the broken pipes it has to be abated first.

We're still waiting to hear back from the insurance comp...

follow up on the home bullshit

So, we're starting to repair / restoration process.

The first week of it involves setting up giant de-humidifier fans right in my FUCKING office to drain out the water damage.

These things are noisy as fuck.

I'm going to try and move my office temporarily but there likely will be zero progress on any projects for this time period. Definitely won't be able to stream at all.

I'm not happy about it either and I hope my hearing won't be damaged after this week. This fucking sucks...

more housing issues

so there's a bit of a leak in our home that to repair, we're going to have to knock out a portion of the kitchen. This'll mean we won't be able to use the dishwasher, kitchen sink, stove, or washer for about a month.

Yay.

And all this demo work and having to act as a contact for contractors / repair guys is likely going to cut into my productivity. (Already it interrupted my plans to stream today.)

This same shit happened last year when were renovating my office area and it sucked ...

ALRIGHT! I'ma make these officially open now.

A YCH stands for 'your character here.' They're premade animation templates that are modified to be most any character you'd want. It results in a high quality gif at a lower price, while I don't have to do a massive amount of animation work. The tradeoff is they're not totally unique.

These are available for commission for anyone. This'll include nonpatrons soon as well. People who've been in the $20 for at least a month can...

new YCH option

I think I'm cap it out at just 2 options: this one and the bunsuit strut, just fort his batch.

This one isn't as modular as the other one (though I have modded it to be Courtney). Like the bunsuit strut the outfit is a bit limited, though I should have a nude / similar options available. For outfits, anything that has a solid connection between the torso and the skirt part works (like the sweater used here)

There are also 2 bust sizes and as usual I can scale them a bit further.

I'm working on resuming one of the YCH options again. The bunsuit one is pretty much complete, the new one is more of a hip-shake dance animation.

WIP - mermaid shantae + Rotty (futa)

Fixed up the animation a bit and redid a lot of it, it's a lot more active now and not as floaty.

WIP - Mermaid Shantae shots

Progress on the mongirl animation. The timings on these ones are a bit slower--probably will adjust it a bit with the futa version. It feels floaty now. I'm also open to alternate ideas for that shot, if anyone thinks I should do something in place of a titjob.

That said I'm happy with the feel of the yuri version.

in spite of being more complex animation wise the swapout for this went a lot faster than the regular scene.

Up next: mermaid version, then saving everything to loops, and then compiling the first half.
