Remember the percentage of votes for characters who do not win is cumulative.
You can still vote for the character to boost it even more.
Any character that places 3rd or lower in a poll multiplies their cumulative votes from that poll x2
Update: Now characters that get 10% or less in a poll will have their votes cumulative x3
Remember that if there are no more slots left in the monthly rewards, they move on to the next month.
