Time for a spooky progress update. What's spooky is how long this shit is taking.

Okay, I'm sorry to say I'm surrendering to the evil forces of time. I can't do it by midnight. We're at the eleventh hour and I'm STILL finding assets that need to be remade, and visual glitches that need more code and debugging to fix. There's still a list of existing bugs and unfinished pieces of UI to clear as well. So this'll be an October update.

Progress Update 4

Hokay, so! My goal is to push out an update late tonight. 

I've finished meshing the new manes and most of the rig testing. There's still some rig work to finish up with bounding boxes and fixing up the non-ponies. There's also one more mechanic I want to add to the penetration system to allow it to detect constricting factors around throats, like collars or yokes. Then it's just tuning and clean-up.

Here's where I'm at: I just finished putting all the art assets for this update into the rigs. That took a bit, since the layering around the heads and manes needs a lot of fiddling. I still need to mesh them so they animate properly, which should take about a day. After that, I need to test all the new code stuff against the new rig stuff and fix any emergent bugs. So here's the state of things. I've just received the bulk of the art assets I need. That means the main bottleneck is gone and I can finally finish this update. While I've been (impatiently) waiting for that, I've been using this time to flesh out the game subsystems that interact with the main feature of this update- deepthroating.

The big feature coming in this next update is oral/deepthroating. I'm psyched to finally be able to put this in the game. It's "working", but I'm not sure if I'll be ready to post it in the next day or two, so I wanted to let y'all know what's up.

Factory Progress Update

The code for Factory's fluid system and breeding cycles was more difficult than I gave them credit for, so it's been slow, but I think we're on track for a Factory and SHF3 update in the next week-ish. The plan is still the same: show all the machine mechanics in Factory working together, and a character-based content update for SHF3.

Bad news first- no new build :'(

It's not for lack of progress, though! April has been a bit different. I've been diving deep on Factory's code. At the same time, I've been delegating SHF3 assets to a team of artists. Things are going well on both fronts, but neither of these things are quite ready to show off yet. Here's what's coming:

SHF3 v.34 - Linked Senses and Sheaths

Okay, here we go! Sense-linked toys and some much needed sheath upgrades. This one's a mechanics-focused update. 

Starting with the sheaths- Now, the sheath toy can be resized, and tightness is a factor. Sheaths on dicks use the same basic logic as dildos in orifices. Tighter sheaths are more pleasurable, but too much squeezing is painful. The internal walls of the sheath show you how tight the sheath's grip is.

SHF3 v.33 - Inflation

I should say, "Inflation mark 1". This is my first try at adding fluid and inflation features to this game. It's pretty WIP.

Thanks to the fluids work I've been doing on Factory, I was able to port over some of the basic fluid systems. SHF3 npcs are a lot more complicated though, so it had to be spruced up quite a bit. There's a LOT of potential stuff to do with fluids and inflation and I feel like I'm only scratching the surface.
