December Sketch Request

Right now Eli and Syrus barely know each other much less talk to each other, and at this point I honestly don't have any interactions between the two planned, so it's funny to me that out of all of my characters who haven't had scenes together that this is the one duo that gets asked about. They do share a mutual friend in Rory, so maybe their paths will cross down the road.

Also, Hyena Fact: If you give Syrus a shoulder rub, he will straight up melt.

Another month, another duo! December's request was by Vincent Atrata asking to see Eli and Syrus together - I chose this one because surprisingly I get asked about these two enough to be noticeable, and since at the moment the two barely actually know each other this seemed like as good a time as many to show them interact. Elevator Action - Page 1

Tanner and Syrus decide for a little spontaneous fun on the elevator - they're going to try the ol' super jump when the elevator goes down! I love how Tanner came out in both panels, but would you believe that the thing that took the longest to get right was the sketch Tanner in the speech bubble?

November Sketch Request

This is the second species swap I've done, the first being Tanner yeen and Syrus tiger a few months back. It's a fun challenge moving the features around while keeping the character recognizable - though Elijah in particular actually transferred really easily. Maybe he's a husky at heart? Is that why he gets along with Rory so well? Why else could he get away with stealing some of Rory's smoothie?

Eternally playing with this guy's proportions - this could still use a few tweaks but it's fine enough to post for now. I stumbled across some old art of Wheeler while working on this and out of all of my characters Wheeler has probably changed the most. I'll have to share some of his first designs sometime, it's night and day!

It just so happens that this post falls on Thanksgiving day, and I hope you all have an enjoyable one! And remember, if you have to make a run to the store today...

October Sketch Request

It's finally time for the monthly thank-you images for Patrons! A while back I opened up for suggestions, and Somniaves came up with the Lesser Than Three cast in RPG classes - funny enough I had been asked about this before! Tanner just screams "Mage who blindly fires powerful magic", don't you think? Does he even care that he's not hitting his targets? No, because he looks so cool doing it.

Got into a complete art funk after I finished my comic and that last commission - I'm glad it waited until after those two projects, but still not fun! Luckily Sora and her hat are here to save the day.

The final of Vincent and Wicke as a vampire and werefox for Halloween! S-surely they're just dressed up, right...?

This was super fun to work on! Altairey3 gave me a lot of leeway so I ended up playing with it quite a bit - I'm really happy with the outcome!

I ended up re-doing the sketches for this one a few times, especially Sy's death by words there. I've really enjoyed the different expression's I've done for Tanner in this comic even though he's not a huge part of it overall.
