Honestly there's nothing quite like knowing that in order to finish your one big drawing you'll have to figure out a bunch of (partial!) drawings too. Doesn't that surfing cheetah look like he's having fun? Rory is officially ready to leave though, even though his bed was just so comfy and inviting.

I did the thumbnails for this page easily enough, but when it came time to start sketching things just didn't quite work as well. I ended up experimenting with the layout a lot and ended up with dynamic 'getting out of bed and getting dressed' paneling! Looks like Rory will be ready to head out soon.

I've been itching to start my next comic after finishing the last one so let's just jump back in, shall we? Finally, Syrus' traffic jam adventure is drawing to a close. He may not know what was up with that weird dog, but he does know that he has a well meaning - if kind of oblivious - friend that does his best to help when he's feeling low.
