Several of the members of the HIVE run consult with hiring managers. We educate them on how to spot a beta male. Weak males make wonderful employees when they are positioned under a demanding female supervisor.
The will work long hours, weekends, and even holidays, for no extra pay, just to please the woman asking them.
They will let you take credit for their work, because these males know that without female guidance they would accomplish nothing.
HIVE males are not allowed to say "NO". When asked an opinion they have two options.
Yes. or "She knows best"
This way we know how the male feels but he has not contradicted us. If a drone says.
"You know best" or "she knows best" or "Kelly knows best"
This lets us know that they disagree.
