I know I had said a few months ago that I was running out of sketches ever since I started posting them monthly since July 2019! But, I keep finding little gems here and there, such as this one.
An old pencil drawing of a concept for a story called "The Island of Dr. Enlarge" (later changed to "The Island of Dr. More-grow," an expansion parody of "The Island of Dr. Moreau."
The sketch shows a conceptualized "movie poster" as well as character studies.

Includes roughs and tight sketch. The roughs was the initial idea, but was later refined. The Tight Sketches show the revised layout from the rough, and then a 2 even further refines the character's face.

I finally was able to begin the next issue, which will be the next chapter of grOw/cinema 1, The Ever-Expanding Universe.
Over the last couple of weeks, I slowly wrote the script, the pace being set by the time it took to conceptualize and structure the storyline. Here is a work-in-progress for the next animated project I am working on. This is a big one, which will be at least a minute longer than the Space B.E. short.
The next animated short will be based on the mOnthly grOw illustration from way back in December 2019, with the farm truck racing to get its passenger to the milking machine.

I also redesigned the movie logo, basing it, as requested by the commissioner, upon the Re-Animator movie logo.
