Rough 1 shows a side view, but the commissioner wanted a front on view, showing Doreen trying to hold up the giant breast of her Cock sister, Heidi. Archived Sketchbook samples from my old pencil art, throughout the years.
This is the ink version (on top of an original pencil drawing) for a breast expansion illustration. Back then, I had no wacom tablet or Cintiq. So, I used to draw on paper in pencil, sometimes inking it on the paper, scan it in, then paint it in Photoshop (with a mouse!).
