Skulls, lots of skulls

The assignment was to draw skulls from reference and also from imagination and just draw a LOT of them. In order to get better at drawing the head from any angle, you have to understand the foundation of the head. It was pretty cool learning how to break down the skull in the simplest form. It's basically just an egg and a cylinder. 

Just wanted to share what I've been doing for class! Been doing lots of stuff on the head, and I'll have more to sahre later~

To test the things I've been learning about I had to paint a bunch of FRUIT 

It's kinda funny painting fruit cause it's so cliché, but it did help put into practice the skills I've been learning. I really hope it starts to show in future paintings!

Process

Trying something new

Been working more on a sketch I started, and I'm gonna try to really flesh it out so I can submit it for an art critique. Just wanted to share the progress I've made on it so far~

Wallpaper WIP!

I decided to turn one of my Raven sketches into a wallpaper. Working on lots of different stuff this month, but I'm hoping to have this done by the end of the month. That way I can give it out as a reward for this month's pledge. Finally giving out a reward after all this time.....

Going with Raven wallpaper for now, but please let me know what you guys think, and what type of wallpapers you'd be interested in in the future~

Here's another artwork I made for the Bloodborne contest! This character is a primary antagonist for the story I made.

Also just wanted to say thank you to all of you for being here. The support means a lot to me, and I honestly don't do enough to earn it. Been dealing with some problems and I'm also catching a cold... (probably not covid) so haven't been posting a lot on my social media. Hopefully it passes soon, and I'll be able to share more frequently!

City of Dreams

This was one of the main works I made for the contest~ Honestly, I don't feel too confident in it. Landscapes/environment have never been my strong suit, but I at least learned a lot from it.

Hi!

So I finally finished my 2-month long art project, and I am beyond tired. It was for Vaati Vidya's Bloodborne art contest, so I couldn't share a lot while I was working on it. Now that it's submitted, I can definitely start sharing everything with you guys here!

Don't really know where to go from here. Just gonna be sketching and practicing until the next big thing comes up, I guess. Also gonna have to do more studies, so send me more suggestions if you got some and I'll add them to the...

Hey everyone! I wanted to say thank you for the support last month! It's still crazy to me how generous you all are, especially considering I don't provide many rewards; It makes me appreciate you guys a lot more.
