After we film it, i will have to cut the video and edit, and then upload. Btw, I'm going to Turkey on 20.07 for dentistry. Lots of photos coming your way π I'll be there for a week, as the dentist ordered me. Hopefully I'll get some tan. I must pack bikinis soon

So here are some photos from me. Lots of people asked for feet. And yes, the legs and behind. I usually don't make such bent over photos because i think it's a silly way to show hams and glutes. Anyways, my strength grew a bit for the last 2 months and I've managed to lose a little fat too. I plan to lose more fat even, I will compromise on the overall size but it will look better. Keep up with my progress :)

By they way! I'm trying a new way of training aka different split. Try it too!
I combine the following:
1st split: Middle delt + front delt + upper chest+ triceps
2nd split: Upper trapezius+ lower trapezius + latissimus dorsi (lats)+ rear delt +biceps
3rd split : Quads+ hams+ calves + glutes + abs
You train the muscles that fall behind FIRST, in the split

The diet on days off:
1. 3 whole eggs, 50g spinach, 30g avocado, 2 pieces of wholegrain rye bread (appx. 100g)
2. 170g of white fish, 100g of vegies + 1tbsp. of flaxseed oil, 220g potatoes (or sweet potatoes) boiled or baked with no oil
3. 170g chicken breast, 100g vegies + 1tbsp. flaxseed oil or olive, buckwheat 50g.

So in the beginning of my preparation I do blood work in order to check that everything's alright. Things like insulin/ glucose, D3, feritin, creatinine, ALT / AST (liver enzymes and kidneys) .
