BlackNite Modifier Value is the enhancement factor.
For example,
Angel's BPL is 45.
His blackNite suit has a modifier value of 5.
45×5= 225.
Hence his PPL (Peak Power Level) will be 225.
Note that this only applies when wearing the suits, I won't use this ranking throughout the entire book. In cases like Magic, it would be counterproductive.
