Kingdom Hearts III | Retrospective Analysis
At long last, the current ending of this project comes to a close!
Apologies for the wonky audio for the majority of the video; I still don't know what caused it and I cleaned it up as best I could. I didn't have the heart to redo the audio when I was already late. Besides, this video's gonna get redone properly sometimes in 2020 when the "Final Mix" of the game's done, so consider this a really long first draft.

It's been a while! Took longer than I expected to edit the script after 3~ weeks of editing around for ease of footage and talking points. While it's around 1/7th finished, that gives me roughly an hour-a-day to work on splicing up the audio to the gameplay, so I'm roughly still on track for a near-March 28th release date for the series' 17th anniversary!
While I'm optimistic because I don't have nearly as much music to sync up this time around since the soundtrack for KHIII isn't out y...

A quick update for the relative silence; this thing is guaranteed to be even longer than my KHIIFM video! It’s clocking in around 5 hours right now close to maybe 2/3s of the way in, maybe 3/4s?

Boosted back up the original timeline thanks to the recent Kingdom Hearts announcements, including how they're handling the Epilogue and Secret Ending of Kingdom Hearts III, but more importantly because the January Story Update for Union χ is now releasing after KHIII for both Japan and Global instead of the Thursday before.

The good news: I'm mostly done with 10 of the 11 Dark Seeker Saga videos!
As the title suggests, I'm essentially done save for the final story update for Japan's version of Union χ, which then I need to see, hope the translations are gonna go up before next Sunday at the latest so I can grab the footage, script, record and edit the final few minutes of the video and get it all up before my copy of Kingdom Hearts III arrives on Tuesday, Jan. 29!

Had a minor error I had to fix earlier, but otherwise I'm a week ahead of schedule! Feels good.
Now it's the fun task of finalizing the script I have on Kingdom Hearts Union χ and play the waiting game on the final story update of January for Japan. It may not be vital for me to be this up-to-date before Kingdom Hearts III releases, but darn it, I'm gonna stick to the plan of having these videos be as up-to-date before the big finale of the Dark Seeker Saga!

Happy to announce I'm proudly ahead of schedule for once! It's been a while, not scrambling before a release date.
Casually editing the audio of next week's 0.2 video at the moment, but all my planning the last few months of 2018 really has seemed to've paid off! Can't thank Everglow enough for having handy footage so I didn't hafta wrestle with learning how to record one smartphone game in time for this. Besides, he's better on that front.
