This is about as political as I'll ever get. I purposely avoid politics in my comics for a reason. I stayed mostly generic with this one but wanted to tie in to nonstory details to flesh things out a little, to make the harlockverse feel slightly more real.

Comic Planning
When I start developing a story to make a comic, a LOT of planning goes into it. (Well, most of them at least...) I usually work on the story outline and plot first, then work on building figures for it. Sometimes, I just play around with new assets in DAZ and a story idea springs forth.

This is high-level view of the country. Only the most significant of communities/cities are shown. And like most fantasy maps, the terrain, trees and buildings are not to scale. The larger trees are the ironwood trees, and the smaller trees are just the normal types of trees one would expect in that type of terrain, here on earth. This is also only a portion of the full map. I'm still working on the rest of it, so it will have the area in which the Swarm comic is based.

The 'Pretty Sailor Soldier Darby' Anime
