Pulling my back earlier was a BUMMER. It’s still sore, but I’m able to stand and move again. Thank goodness.

I tried starting my day at 11am, with tea and yoga, and ended up almost falling asleep at the beginning of yoga…
So I went back to bed.
Then I didn’t start my day for real til almost 3pm :(
Yoga was hard today, I’m tired and sore, and I def cried haha. But I showed up and I did it. Which my self love of the day.
Anyway, trying to study up on understanding my adhd and autism so watching lots of videos on it lately.
