Maytee: As Cypher already said, last month we had the opportunity to work on illustrations for a storybook "The Life and Times of the Nyx". In total, we made six grayscale illustrations, two title pictures and a color cover, which we have already shown, and here is the front title picture.

The Life and Times of Nyx (cropped)

Some time ago, me and Maytee were commissioned for illustrations for PenStroke's storybook, "The Life and Times of Nyx". While working on, it turned out that the cover artist still not found, and I applied for this job too. So here is the result of my efforts.
It was a full-turn cover for a front, back and a spine of a book. But as a separate image without a book layout, it looks strange, with the left side almost empty, so I cropped it to front cover image only.

Barbarian

 Well ... I still want to draw something like an RPG party.  A time ago, I drew a sketch with Applebloom as a paladin, but I think the barbarian is fine too.

This is a final colored version. I tryed to make everything look more natural (at least as much as it's possible in a pic with colorful horse in the open space XD )

I like the story in a fanfic a lot. It is one of the nicest fanfics I've read.

Sunny Skies All Day Long

Celestia, disguised as a simple pony to spend some time not as a royal person. Very cute fanfic, really. I like the idea that she looks like a fan version of young herself - a white pony with a short pink mane. I got great pleasure while drawing this picture.

(KirillK)This is another illustration I took part in. Sketch was made by Maytee, coloring by me. That was very interesting and hard to make pic. I draw humans very rare, actually I have only few pics with humans at all.

Tenebrae

Maytee: I wanted to take a couple of simple pictures to color them myself in order to get some practice in digital, but I didn’t consider that this particular illustration would be the night one. It was quite difficult to picture a light lavender Twilight in the moonlight, to she couldn't look just gray. The result even satisfied me, as for the first time.

(Cypher) Well, it seems like this is my first collaboration with Kirill. Coloring a Nightmare Moon and a couple of batponies with a night and moon on the background is not a big deal, but I like what we did in the end =)

Que Sera, Sera. Final Illustration

Remember, not so long ago, I showed this sketch? It was approved, but I didn’t like it and I didn’t see it as completed picture. As a result, when I sat down to paint it, I did a completely different picture from a blank canvas, just for one evening, which I finally liked in terms of mood and composition much more than the original sketch.

Maytee: Illustration for a fanfic "Dune Godess". A quiet good story about young Sunset, as she was a student of Celestia. But I have to illustrate a questionable moment - a fight with a some inexplicable creature.

It was Cypher's birthday few days ago. Since I had much more free time than usual and a bit of motivation to make something real good for at least someone of my friends ( ^_^" ) - I made this.

Space Luna (ver 2)

Looking through the latest posts on patreon, I realized that digital linear drawings can't be resized that much, so the lines became fading and blurred.  I decided to work a little more on the previous sketch of the Princess Luna to give it more contrast.
