Hey everyone, right now I’m having some friends help me create more video content that’s longer as well. I hope to have something up later today or this weekend if all goes well this afternoon with someone. Always open to ideas from you guys. In the meantime I’ve gained 5lbs in the last few weeks and sitting at around 243lbs fasted. 247-248 bloated.
