I use quotes here since she's not really original. She's just an alternate universe version of an already established character in Chi-Chi.
It's a what-if scenario in which Chi-Chi is born as a Saiyan girl, given the name Salida.
It's an idea I gave considerable thought to when I created a Xenoverse OC all the way back when the first game came out and I've been using her ever since.
