I was unaware that my last audio was not uploaded on here until today! It seems like I either forgot to save/schedule the upload or something else happened.. Really sorry about that..
It also seems like the upload that was supposed to come out last Sunday is also lost, and I cant find the file on my computer. I will do my best to locate it so that I can upload it as soon as possible!!

I was supposed to upload this weekend, and because of my voice being gone I was not able to finish the audio!! BUTZ I have my voice back and was able to record the segments that I wanted and it will be out sometime tomorrow!!

In the past few weeks I have been struggling a lot with both my PTSD and my depression and have not had the in the mindset to create any content. I have gotten into contact with my therapist again to set up more sessions to deal with it all. My mental health has been such a big bitch lately, and hopefully with the new sessions ...
