Good news everyone! The next episode is nearly finished. I just have to fill in text and speech-bubbles and it's ready for shipping! It will however take another week or so to finish all the renderings I queued up (I only used preview images to know what goes where in the finished product), so expect release around february 20th, give or take a few days :P

You have no idea how hard it was to get this view right! Glass in DAZ studio's iRay can be a real bitch. Either cou can't see anything through it or it doesn't look like glass anymore... there's a careful balance you have to find and I hope I nailed it here. Anyway, it gets the point across. I always struggle with this kind of expression because it's not possible to do a lit bite with DAZ's standard expressions. You need to juggle the specific hidden bones and handlers for the face and those move like erratic rats on steroids.

In hindsight, this might be a bit of a cheap shot. But taking DAZ building models that are designed for either interiors or exteriors but ALWAYS as intact and make them appear broken is reeely difficult. In the end I just cobbled together pieces of debris and some falling bricks (which seem quite big by comparison) and called it a day. I hope the result is still satisfying to you!

The next episode of the comic is making good progress and I'm pretty sure I can release it somewhere next month. As indicated in the last episode, the focus of this one will switch attention from Adelina to her fellow Mids Anna and Veronica.

So this is an image I made a while ago. It started as a test, where I wanted to figure out how big Anna is in comparision to her BFF Veronica. I had fumbled around with the size-controller again and in combination with the height-modifier and Veronica's comparable "shortness" Anna's about 3 - 3.6 times bigger than her dinky friend. Idk why I like that angle so much... but it kinda puts things more into perspective. Like the fact that the small curvature of the sole makes it so that the tip of the shoe hovers high enough in the air for people to walk under.
