So a little bit ago I made an announcement post about how Patreon was going to be getting rid of the more flexible per-post system due to Apple requiring the change.

Apparently, Apple just lost a lawsuit against a different company, with the implication being that Apple making demands on how other companies handle their own payment processing is, in fact, not allowed.

So, for now, Patreon has put the November deadline to switch campaign style on pause, with a tentative statement...

Succuquest Live Updates resume

I had a large section that I couldn't upload until I had everything finished, to avoid accidentally causing softlocks as I tinkered with things but its finished now, so here come more live updates. Here's what's new in this upload:

- Deep caves area added.
- Ruins dungeon added.
- Crystal boss fight added.
- Guild shortcuts updated to use rifts.

What I have left to do is add some sound effects to some of the new enemies and items, hide a few more items around the world...

Per-Post style is ending November

Thought I'd give you guys a heads up about this before it happens. I got an email a couple of weeks ago that Patreon will be ending their per-post campaign style, and that I have until November to change my campaign to monthly instead.

Adventure High 0.100 Public Release

Adventure High 0.100's public release is out now. Here's what was new in this version of the game:

- Reverse Blow spell added.

- 1 scene added for Val/Sarah charmed plotline

- Charm spell added to Julia's introduction.

- 1 scene added to Ms. Rack romance plotline.

- Turn countdown changed to progress bar graphic.

- Shrink spell causes enemies in battle to appear smaller.

Which style of sex scene do you all prefer?

Bit of random curiosity, as I was writing I realized that I have two distinct kinds of style that I tend to write when doing a sex scene. Narration based, and dialogue based.

Narration based being when the scene uses a narrator to describe what's happening for the bulk of the action, and dialogue based being when the characters announce what they are doing, and react to what the other is doing in their dialogue.

I thought it would be interesting to ask and see what you all prefe...

Got the cover for the next Detective Doe comic from Caveman Doodles. As usual, I'll work on posting the textless high res images first, and when we have the text added I'll post all the pages in one post that has the text.

I imagine this comic may be a bit harder to guess the story of from the images alone, but we do the lettering after the drawing part. ^__^;

Adventure High 0.100 Live Updates

Live updates have begun for Adventure High 0.100. This update is starting with a couple changes to the battle system. Now, instead of a number counting down, there is a timer bar. This should hopefully make this more intuitive, as I get asked what those numbers mean now and again. As well, now the shrink spell causes enemy sprites to shrink while they are under the status effect.
