Takahiro had recorded his working process on shot-270 of Rainbow six. And he made a video with this recording in order to show how he did think and draw animation on it.

This is quite rare to show.

I think the another thing you should pay attention to is his drawing speed. He draws Genga images from rough. 

You have to have drawing speed as him if you want to work in anime industry.
