After I saw what Rina's finished mind scape art was, I knew I wanted to try and recreate it somehow, so here we are.
I did simplify the outfit some, and I made a few anatomy mistakes but overall, I like how this turned out. It was fun to color and I think I'm starting to get a better grasp on how to shape frills. Hopefully, I still don't feel like I understand how to color them yet though LMAO.

Alright, look, I'm down bad, down catastrophic, perhaps even down atrocious. So, have some more ghost maid.
I saw what her finished cinema art was and uhh, I wanted to essentially recreate it a bit. or at least borrow the amount of clothes she's wearing in it. Hopefully everything is readable as it is, I still need to add some of the iron nail details in the headband and hair bands.

I haven't been seeing a lot of illustrations of Rina, so I decided to make my own, and I think I went a bit too hard on all these variations LMAO.

Out of all the character I could have drawn from ZZZ, I'm surprised I picked Grace first, and not Nicole or Ellen.

I wanted to try a bit of a different process yesterday, so I decided to draw some more fauna.
Basically, I wanted to try not relining something and just coloring it from my sketch.I did clean up my lines a bit, but this did pretty drastically speed up my process.
I'm gonna keep experimenting with this a bit and see if I can't eventually speed up even more without sacrificing fidelity.

Alright, I got a burst of motivation this morning and got some work done on the character poll piece.
I was gonna do a more normal bikini but I really like the shape of this Y sling bikini. Then I added a shawl around her to hopefully add more color.
This ended up filling out quite a bit more than I thought it would, but there's still a few things I gotta improve on.

Another piece down. This ended up being pretty simple overall but I tried rendering the hair in a (slightly) different way and i kinda like how it turned out. I still think that, for me, doing things in a simple manner is the best.

I did a guerilla stream to work on this commission today and somehow was able to finish it up in almost a single day. I was worried that all the grays in the hair would make it look pretty dusty/dirty but I think I somehow pulled it off well.

This was a quick piece I did. I felt like I've always been shying away from drawing hands and just tucking them behind the head whenever I drew an illustration with their arms above the head. So, I wanted to try a pose where I didn't.
I like how this came out, but I do think the composition is a bit wack because I wanted to fit the hands in. If I had hid them, I could have made the rest of the body large and fit it a bit nicer on the canvas. Still, this was a fun experiment.

Looks like there was a long, fierce tie between Suisei, Azki and Towa. Surely this battle will go down in CBT history. In the end, suisei somehow lost a vote within the last half hour. Azki and Towa stayed ahead and thus, I'll likely draw Towa. I put my vote on Towa and Ayame so uhhhh, democracy lets fucking go.
