Ideas for September

So, this month is all about Loopholes Ch. 02, but what shall we do about next month? I wouldn't mind going for chapter 3 but I'm also willing to go back to some old stuff and dust off some temporarily abandoned story lines by adding another chapter to them. Ultimately, I wanna know what you guys and gals would prefer me to focus on.

The options I consider more viable at the moment are the following:

August game plan

At the moment I'm working on Loopholes Ch. 02 and it's going pretty well: right now it's 15k words and 90% done, more or less. It features Nick with Sally and Sharon, no Tessa this time, but she'll be back in Ch. 03, assuming there is going to be a chapter 3 some time, of course... 

So, as you may have guessed, Loopholes Ch. 02 is the next story I'll post, yep. Depending on how much writing i can get done this week and how gruesome the editing is going to be, I expect to ...

I'm currently editing and fussing over Part 3, which is even longer than this one and is requiring more work than I initially thought, but overall it's going pretty smoothly. I'll try to start posting Previews from Part 3 as soon as possible, most likely at some point next week, I hope.

Loopholes Ch. 01 - Part 1

After much deliberation I've finally decided that I'm going to break this beefy 20k words chapter into 3 parts. This way it will be easier for me to edit and there will be more frequent uploads for you guys and gals to read. Looks like a win-win situation, right?

July game plan

As mentioned before, the next story I'll be posting is going to be Loopholes. I'm currently editing the first chapter, which is pretty bulky at more than 18k words, and I plan to start with the Previews by the end of the week. 

My only doubt is whether to split the first chapter into 2 different ones or just post it as Chapter 1 Part 1 and then Part 2, as I did for the lengthiest installments from An Offer He Can't Refuse. It would make more sense content-wise to keep bot...

So, at the moment I'm editing the first chapter of Loopholes, which will be the next story I post, and I'm also writing the second chapter, which is coming along real nicely. Unfortunately, it took me more than I expected to polish and post An Offer He Can't Refuse Ch. 09 so I'm currently a bit behind schedule with Loopholes, but that's not really much of a concern after all.

Update time!

As I anticipated, the second half of An Offer He Can't Refuse Ch. 9 is taking longer to edit than the first part did, but overall I guess it's worth it. What does bother me a bit is the fact that I'm doing a whole lot of editing and not much writing, which is the real fun part and I'm chomping at the bit to get back to it! 

Still, before I dive into the writing of new stuff for Loopholes, I do feel the need to finish posting Chapter 9 and stay focused on ...

June game plan

After a bit of preliminary editing on An Offer He Can't Refuse Ch. 9 I've come to the conclusion that yes, my initial assessment was correct and the chapter has to be split into two, absolutely.

I'm editing/polishing/fussing over Chapter 9 - Part I at the moment, and I expect it to be ready for posting over the course of the coming week. I plan to have Preview 1 done somewhere around Tuesday or Wednesday, with the rest of the chapter following...

Guess what? I've just finished writing An Offer He Can't Refuse Ch. 9, yay! 

Now, as I mentioned before, it's indeed a big 18k+ words chapter, so I'm going to split it into part A and part B for easier editing and quicker posting purposes.

Okay, An Offer He Can't Refuse Ch. 09 is  going well and everything, so it's time to decide what to do next. And I need your help to do that.

After sifting through my many ideas for the next story to write, I have come up with a few top choices. I do like all of the following ideas, but none surpasses the others by a significant margin and every day I have a new favorite. Here's the list:

Just a quick post to confirm that I'm currently busy writing An Offer He Can't Refuse Ch. 09, as planned. 

In theory it won't be an exceedingly long chapter, meaning I'll be quicker to get it available to you, but my infamous verbosity might get in the way, as it usually does, so... I think by this time next week I'll have a better idea of when I can start posting it, but for now I'll just keep writing and see where I end up.

May game plan

First off,  An Offer He Can't Refuse Ch. 08 is pretty much done. The final reviewing stages are always a massive drag for me, but hey, you gotta do what you gotta do I guess... 

So, even though I'm still editing/polishing/fussing over the second half of the chapter right now, I can confidently say that it's almost done and will be posted really soon. I expect Preview 2 to be up and readable in the next day or two, and the full chapter will follow soo...

Right, so An Offer He Can't Refuse Ch. 08 is officially done in terms of writing and I'm in the process of editing/polishing it at the moment. Yay! 

It's a solid 15k words chapter, so I expect I'll break it into two Previews at least. If everything goes according to plan, I'll be posting Preview 1 tomorrow, probably late-ish. Even if 'the plan' fails though, in the course of the week I'll have both Previews out and most likely the full chapter as wel...

Maintenance...?

So, apparently Patreon had some server issues lately and for some reason during that time all my tier reward descriptions except one were deleted... No idea what that was about.

I kinda had to update them anyway, though. So I finally made it official: from now on, voting privileges in polls apply to the 5$ pledge tier too, yay! No big deal, really. It's going to be the same way as it has been unofficially so far: 1 vote to 5$ patrons, 2 votes to 10$ patrons and 3 votes to 20$ ...

What's next?

Based on the last poll, An Offer He Can't Refuse is the series most people want to see me focus. In the course of this and the next month, the series will have reached Chapter 8 (which I'm currently writing), by way of Chapter 7 (which is sort of a double chapter, given its length). 

Now, my question to you all is this: what should I do after Chapter 8?
