I might know why, I was looking for the same type of case in F95 is here I found this（see pictures）, and I did in fact use maximum compression because my game is currently too big, so I wanted to get players to download less, but that seems to have backfired. Bad news: my computer kept blue-screening, so I reinstalled the C drive, and while most of the stuff wasn't lost, the desktop files and all the settings are gone, and it's causing me problems that I need a little time to deal with.
