Neon Genesis Evangelion 1x14 Seele, the Seat of the Soul (DUB) REACTION

The first half of this episode is a clip show, in the form of a report by Seele reviewing Gendo's actions, summarizing the first season of episodes and the story up until this point. In the second half, Ritsuko conducts an experiment to determine if pilots can be switched between the Evangelions they normally pilot. Rei can synchronize with Unit 01 fairly well, but when Shinji attempts to synchronize with Unit 00, it goes violently berserk.

Senku demands a truce from Tsukasa in return for reviving his sister Mirai who Tsukasa comes to know is alive. Using the revival-fluid, Mirai is revived. Using dynamite, Homura collapses the miracle-cave after being freed by Yo. Hyoga attempts to kill Mirai. However, Tsukasa protects her and gets speared instead. Senku and Tsukasa are pushed into a river while Hyoga jumps in. They wash up on the river side. Hyoga narrates his doctrine of only the elite surviving and mediocre perishing.
