Vlog's up!

New vlog is up... for some reason the comments aren't showing up? Hopefully that'll resolve itself. Anyway... minus whatever my deal is, getting the vaccine was very easy, and I'm not a good needle person... so, believe when I say, absolutely painless. Honestly felt nothing. Well, at the time, arm hurt for two days after, but, not terrible.

I did hear back from that very nice man from Shout! Factory. They're still in discussion with some other company that will remain nameless re: PR/Super Sentai. He hopes they can resume releases. Evidently discussions can take a while. What I heard was encouraging, but this isn't confirming anything, just saying the Sentai releases are not dead, yet, anyway. But, there could be good news. Hey guys, as we still figure out what all goes on Patreon, thought I'd finally ask how many people over here care about the vlogs? And would want to see some form of vlog content over here? We still haven't figured out how to proceed with the vlog channel, which we do miss. It just wasn't working for us, and coming at the expense of things that were. We're still trying to figure out how to do it again but sustainably. In the mean time....

Any 3D Printing?

Hey guys, anyone try to print any gears yet? Any questions? Mia says normal quality settings will work fine. Low quality might even be okay for these. Our printer does have a double extruder but we never use it (and no special settings are needed). When you bring the file into your slicing software the flat part of the model should be the side that's on the print bed w/o having to rotate the model. 

The main thing to know is, once you print the gear, on each face, there is one gear...

Here are a few special cogs if anyone wants to play around. They're not for sale. We're not advertising them as Zenkaiger. They don't feature Zenakiger/Sentai logos or anything on them. Zenkaiger

Hey guys, we found more cool gears! The one that just printed is better than Kamen Rider, in our opinion anyway. Kamen Rider is more something you might expect. This one was a surprise to both of us, stay tuned! :)

As far as running into trouble with Bandai/Toei... we certainly don't want that. We're not selling the gears and we don't want to compete with the official release, of course. 

It would be cool to make the files available to our patrons as a thank you. This project...

Hey guys, we've got 40+ gears printed now. Most of them are teams, and there are special gears too. Not done, stay tuned! This was a big project so it's taking a little while but here's a teaser.

Dino Fury Sketches

Hey guys, the rest of that Dino Fury video that we posted part of early over here will be up tonight on YouTube, 9pm east coast time. Speaking of Dino Fury (but unrelated to the new video) thought I'd share some sketches Mia did for an upcoming 3D modeling project. Not sure why T-Rex has three fingers or why Stego has a horn on his nose... not our designs! But, anyway... stay tuned!

Ninja Storm Location

Hey guys, I wanted to see a 360 of the waterfall area from Ninja Storm. I'd like to try to work in something like that with my Ninja Storm display, if space allows. I could not find ANY info, anywhere, about the location for that. Is it possible nobody posted where that was filmed? I'm pretty good at searching for locations on my own. Pretty sure I found it! I'm saying Karekare Waterfall is Ninja Ops. There are a lot of waterfalls in New Zealand... :-p
