Hi everyone!
You may have noticed that I've been publishing a LOT of new mods and videos lately. It's because my surgery that was scheduled for Feb 15 was postponed to (probably) March 22.
So, with a little extra time on my hands, I thought it best to get out as much content as possible since during recovery I won't feel like working!

Make friends with Lin-Z the Smart Speaker MUCH faster!
With this mod your Sims' Lin-Z Smart Speaker (similar to Alexa) will be much better behaved, and your Sims will become Good Friends with Lin-Z with only about 5 or 6 positive interactions.
Becoming Good Friends with Lin-Z opens additional interactions for your Sims.
It's simple ... but better!
NOTE:
I've updated my Off the Grid mod (version 2.23)! For some reason Granite Falls was no longer allowing the use of the Off the Grid lot challenge, so I fixed that issue.
Once again, the mod now allows you to use the Off the Grid lot challenge in rental lots and apartments in all worlds.

This mod stops sims from autonomously using computers all the time (including visitors to your house, such as Grim).
Today's update (1.23.23) adds support for "Browse Parenting Forums" as I noticed sims still performing that action.
