Smol status report

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to poke you about the lack of updates recently; haven't been feeling great for a week or so, and found myself being unable to focus on art or socialise even a bit. 

I am very sorry for the silence, I hope I'll be able to make up for it

Decided to finish her inks and colours to help me ease back into arting! Still having little issues with art focus, but with her done, I think I got some boosters to do more!

Mega glad I got to draw her! ;w; There will be casual ones as well, but I felt like scuba would be a bit simpler to get done <.>

Vintagelise (Old inks)

Old inks from Elise's vintage gear times! Her first 'canon' scuba gear was a mix of vintage and never pieces, from which I drifted towards the new modern(ish) look

Main reason I didn't colour her inks was simply because they kind of clashed with each other and also worked against the inks themselves; after this scrapped image I begun drifting towards her more modern looks.

Capo D'Acqua (WIP Colours)

Hai! Worked a little on this pic today to chill a bit! Cleaned up Aahnaye's lines, added flats, as well as completed the background finally.

Should mention that I've completely redid Aahnaye and tweaked the background since the last version cuz I can't make up my mind! <.>

Team Rocket goon (scrapped inks)

Inks for a Team Rocket collab/trade with Feranta that never really got into fruition, as by the time I finished my lines, our initial Pokemon enthusiasm has died down a little. Maybe one day we'll reviwe the idea! .w.

Still tho! Elise as a baddie is an oddly fun concept for meh :D

Been a while since I shared stuff! I'm working on the collabs with Feranta as well as illustrating the Q&A answers, but I've been itching to draw Helena again, so I did just that once I took a little break. .w.

After a little discussion with Feranta, we came up with the idea of her having a hobby for tinkering, working on her gear in her workshop. (Would assume most of her gear is customised, with self-made add-ons )

Stuffs are super rough atm, but hoping to be able...

Sorry It's been a dry month so far; IRL work kinda messed up my plans a few weeks back and I've been on damage control till this weekend. BUT! It's all past tense now!

I'll be away for a week, visiting my bestie duder, Feranta!

VintagElise (Old inks)

Outdated inks for a scrapped Elise pic with her wearing the old kit, with lotsa vintage vibes. (double hose, no BCD and stoff) as well as her NOT so Elise looking face .3. (maybe a relative of hers .o.)

Don't really remember the actual reasons of why I never really finished this one, think it was a victim of the constant gear changes at the time. Still, was fun doing the bits n pieces, esp the double hose! .u.

Hai! Just a sneak peak at the latest pic I've been working on!

Some peeps might recognise this one from earlier streams and a post from twitter with Elise only; it's a super old piece I keep scrapping and redoing, working on it on eves to chill out; Elise has been completely reworked 3 times and the environment at least 4 times, either because of design changes or I simply wasn't happy with the results. 

Hoping to finalise the environment and tweak bits through the next week,...

Salvage Shork - Commission

An old shipyard is being decommissioned and scrapped .. With the superstructure gone, salvaging teams dived down to the bottom to cut up the remainders of the old posts. Dirty work, lots of fumes and dust you don't wanna; better gear up good!

Older piece I've tossed to the side, as I haven't made up my mind on her scuba gear or even design yet at the time. This stage is a mix of older elements kept, and new ones added in a way to mock up the (sort) of final looks of her! 

Coral Dip

First Patreon post!

During her trip to the US, Elise and Marlowe visited a coral reef near the shores of Florida, something that was on her bucket list for ages. All the different shapes, colours and sea life left Elise thinking she was dreaming, flying over an alien landscape ... shame she could submerge for short periods of time; should return with a full scuba kit!

Marlowe didn't have such problems, while Elise surfaced, he scouted around to find the next interesting spot or si...
