Halloween Costume 2nd Place - Beast Boy and Raven

I'll be honest, i wasn't really sure what i wanted to draw Leo and Magna doing in these costumes, i've never actually watched the original series, but from some of the comics i've seen, Beast Boy and Raven make such an adorable couple, and the angry girlfriend x goofy boyfriend just fit too well with Leo and Magna.

When i realized i could play around with Raven's powers all sorts of possibilities came to mind, so i scribbled a few of the funniest ones, and here we are!

After giving you guys a week or so to make your choice, it seems that Shaggy and Velma were to winner, so here are a few pieces i cooked up of Leo and Magna trying to be in character while wearing their costumes!

These were super fun to draw and if any more ideas come up for this pairing i may just come back to it, but i still have the other costume options to draw, so let's get to work!

SideQuest Together: Star Struck (Sketch Pages)

I had a much different SideQuest Together story in mind to tell before this one came to mind, but i've recently gotten into a bit of a Star Trek mood, and came up with this cute Inside Out meets Star Trek idea that i just had to sketch out.

I've already started work on the clean up on these pages, and let me just say, it feels so nice to be back to work on a story, even if a short one.

Magna's Birthday!

I thought it'd be nice to share some of the process i go through when making something animated like Magna's Birthday gif! I tend to get the movements fleshed out in a sketched out gif, and from there, i clean that sucker up!

Then i add all the extra bells and whistles that generally aren't animated.
I really need to animate more often. It's so darn fun.
