Hey guys!
I'm posting almost every day and it is a hard work. I thought it would be interesting for you to see how I change and maybe not so much every day. Is it what you want or maybe you want me to create less content but try to make it more deep?)

I've had 3 family meals today. At the end of the 3rd meal I was so stuffed, I could not eat another bite. You can see in the video, how hard my belly is how little it jiggles. And I hae so much leftovers, that I can stuff myself for several days, that i actually is going to do!
