In this video I was measuring myself after lunch and dinner, trying to understand why my lower belly is not growing or even getting smaller after I eat more. And looks like the answer is that upper belly is expanding and tightening the skin, so when my whole belly is tight it is getting less prominent at the lower are and just expands in all possible ways to fit all the food. So I feel stuffed and my belly looks flatter, because of my upper belly got bigger. So I think it work...
