Eating pop corn with cola after lunch

Hey guys! In this video I decided to eat sweet pop corn with cola on top of my filling lunch. You can see that I'm full already in the beginning, but I managed to finish 0.5 l bottle of cola and almost full pack of pop corn. After this I recorded my belly sounds in different spots. And of course cola made me burp few times.

I decided to try intuitive eating during my vacation as a way to lose weight. Throughout the week, I ate whatever my body craved, but by the end of my vacation, my waist was larger than when I started. Disappointed but determined, I reflected on my experience and contemplated trying a new method to achieve my health goals.

In this video I was already bloated after my dinner and I was wearing my tight black dress. I'm drinking my juice/mineral water mix and then recording some belly sounds. I had 2 or 3 burps in the video. This juice and mineral water mix is not too carbonated, so it is not hard to drink it. It is just right carbonated to release the gas during digestion, leading to the massive bloat. I will be experimenting with this trying to reach my goal)

I'm very full after lunch, so I decided to take my microphone and just hold it tight on my bloated belly. see how it worked out. I've made a teaserlapse with sound, so you can hear sounds very fast, but the noise to sound ratio is good to me.
