Gotta say, I was lowkey terrified how this mashup might turn out but I am pleasantly surprised x3 now that he's been created, maybe he and Corvi will have a short spinoff comic in the future.

OC: Layla the Spotted Hyena

This is Layla :3 she's a spotted hyena! In the wild, female spotted hyenas have psuedo-penises. When I learned about that, I wanted to see what it was like to try and translate it into a human-like feature in a character (I know they also give birth through said psuedos, but I didn't wanna feature that in made up genitalia haha)

Normally I don't let a page have this much empty space, but in this instance it seemed appropriate (plus there is a scene transition next page)

This scene would probably be sadder if we didn't already know how much that ended up not true, but at least it provides some context for Andy to have pretty much written off Coop til he opened the doors again on NYE in Vol 2.

FINALLY, these babies are remastered, organized, and available in a zip file ready to goooo!

This project took me all dang month. Every single file was opened, reformatted to fit the style of the current comic pages, and touched-up in certain areas. I'm so happy it's done 😅
