The problem with this resource pack is that it changes all the existing blocks and there are no high resolution resource packs except this. that's basically my resource pack having a problem that rarely happens in other resource packs.

Solution to overcome the problem of resource reload failed in Java Edition
(First you need and download a ZIP manager, I recommend WinRAR.)
- Make sure you have imported both the Standard version and the LabPBR 1.3/OldPBR version into Minecraft Java Edition.
- Then open file explorer 2 times/2 tabs.

How to solve the invalid ZIP problem
- Change the extension from .mcpack to .zip (If there is no extension name, then go to "view > show > Enable [File Name Extension]".)
- Then extract and move the resource pack folder manually.
