 Holy crap, it's a man having sex with a woman in this comic! And it's a one page sequence! Anyway, I'm sure you can all see where this is going... I don't think it's come up at any point in the comic, but Cassandra's husband isn't actually Helen's father... he's just a wealthy older guy that Cassandra married later on in life. He's also Russian, although that's really just because he's very loosely based on the husband from the Amy's Baking Company episode of Kitchen Nightmares.

One of the tricky things about working as an artist is that minor injuries that wouldn't really phase you in other jobs can really slow you down, but anything that requires a lot of precise movement involving your hands means if you hurt your hands even a little it can prevent you from working. But things are back to normal now :) Thanks for understanding why I had to take a couple days off this week.

Minor Hand Injury

I've got some bad news... the other night I got a cut on my hand. It wasn't a deep cut, but it was wide and basically just kind of shaved off a thin layer of skin on my hand.
