It's a new month! Or at least it will be for all of us soon. I want to thank everyone again for supporting me; this comic couldn't be here without you. It's still kind of amazing to me that I'm able to do this for a living.

I was relieved when I uploaded this to Patreon earlier and a few patrons could tell what I was going for. I don't know if it's just me that associates these crappy coloring book puzzles with Easter... my family wasn't religious, so we didn't go to church or anything on Easter, and we rarely had big family get-togethers either. So for me the holiday mostly  makes me think of the dumb activities I would be given in elementary school, as well as Easter Egg hunts... pretty much past elementary ...

 I usually don't involve more than 4 people in a sex scene, mostly because it's just hard to keep track of all the bodies, or to lay out interactions between the characters. I'm always amazed when I see some artists drawing huge orgy scenes... crowd scenes are hard enough even if it's just a bunch of characters standing next to each other, but needing to put them all in sexy positions with legs and arms intertwined is just nuts.  I hope that last panel looks right to everyone. It's tricky to do these impossible insertions, since for one there's no way to find reference for how it's "supposed" to look. My wife actually helped to get the details looking right, but I'm still worried that it will come off as more funny than sexy.

 So when conceiving of this story I was struggling to think what the actual contest between the Sphinx and Sindra could be. It was tough to think of anything that didn't limit the action... so instead I leaned into the idea that you can't really tell what the contest is, specifically, since it uses some kind of other-dimensional rules, that way the girls can do practically anything and it will still be considered part of the contest.

I've been playing Xenoblade Chronicles 2, and although I've been more or less enjoying it, I'm just not really excited to pick it up. I'm about 10 hours in, and I know at minimum it's at least 60 hour game. I just don't think I care enough to keep going. Which is odd because it's not a bad game by any means... I just don't want to h...

 Speaking of muscles, I've been trying to exercise more lately, and this page as actually a little hard to work on as I neared the end of the coloring process, just because my shoulder muscles were aching. I actually don't do a lot of arm exercises for that reason... I just have a couple of little 8 lb weights I exercise with, because I don't want to strain my arms too much, since it could make my job a lot harder. I've heard some people complain that leg exercises are the worst, but since ...

I wanted to spend a little more time focusing on Nina having sex with someone just so much larger than her, since that's definitely part of the Sphinx's appeal lol but we'll be focusing more on all the girls present soon.

In the second panel I somehow forgot to draw the Sphinx's belt/panties, so I had to edit them in while working on the colors. I feel like it looks fairly seamless, but I figured I'd mention it since it's an interesting little factoid about this page.

This was kind of an interesting commission... a reader of [url=http://cockanddagger.the-comic.org]Cock & Dagger[/url] (the fantasy comic I draw for) contacted the writer, Shotred, asking about a commission. Shotred went ahead and worked as a go-between for us for a bit until we got the whole thing sorted out, and here we are! He actually preferred the cel-shading style I use in Cock & Dagger. so that's what we went for in this pinup.

This was an interesting page because Shotred actually wanted me to do some copy/pasting to better convey the idea of a sequential scene. It's something I don't normally do in comics, mostly because I just don't think about it. It largely comes from the fact that I'm so used to drawing with actual pencils on paper, where copy/pasting isn't really an option. Luckily I've been doing my work 100% digitally for the past year, so doing something like that isn't particularly difficult for me now.

I try not to set too many ideas in stone, partly because I like talking to fans and taking advantage of their ideas and suggestions.  I feel like it's a writing style that really only works for porn, because it leads...
