This page turned out to be pretty intense... I wanted to convey the idea the Feuille's giant plant constructs are made out of vines, but that meant I had to include a lot of details in their rendering to show off what they're made out of. That also made it simply time consuming lol to be honest my wrist hurts just a bit after the long day working on this.

Normally I prefer to work on Shortcake each Saturday, but I had some stuff come up today and I didn't have nearly enough time to work on it, so instead I've focused on the comparatively simpler Easter pinup. I was thinking that I wanted to draw the girl with the biggest tits for this pinup lol although I used Dr. Feelgood for the Easter pinup, so instead I used this as a chance to draw Trixie again.

Lol I think some people probably saw this coming. I had some fun in the last panel with Karen's expression, although it did give me some trouble. I had to rework it a few times to get it to look right. Those big eyes were kind of off center in the pencils, but I think I managed to get the look I was going for.
Also, don't forget that there's still time to offer suggestions for the next page of Side Dishes.

I can't believe I forgot to mention that I've started inking the comic digitally... it's kind of a big change for me. On some level I would like to do the whole thing digitally, if only to save on paper, but for some reason I just can't really get used to doing the whole thing that way. The last two pages were inked digitally as well... I'm still getting used to working that way, but I think it actually has a lot of advantages over doing inks on papter. If nothing else I don't have as many loss...
