It's the start of a new month, and I've decided to make some changes to our Patreon. For the past year or so fans who donated $5/month got to see the comic weeks early in low res, with hi-res copies posted when the pages went live on the main site. However, now that we've built up a head start of over 3 weeks for Patreon supporters it seems a long time to wait for hi-res copies and PSDs.

I'm considering adding some more options to the Patreon. At the moment $5 donators get access to low-res copies of the pages, while hi-res pages don't get shared on there until the comic is updated on the main site. I'm starting to think it would be a good idea to offer a higher reward tier for early access to hi-res copies of the pages. If I offered that tier, would anyone be interested in donating a little extra in order to access hi-res pages a little sooner?

I've been reading some more hentai lately, and I realized a big thing I've seen in a lot of them that i don't have in my comic is the sense of motion.  They tend to have a lot of motion lines and blurs and stuff like that, which I tend not to have quite as much of. Aww bad news everyone... the Patreon dropped below $900/month. I'm not too surprised, though... at the end of each month there's always a few people who cancel their Patreon support. Karen's monster form was decided basically to facilitate the joke about Kat appearing as something other than her obvious catgirl form. Although I made a point to do her cat-form in a totally different way. I wasn't sure what kind of monster to make Kat into at first, but then I had the idea about her hair looking kind of like wings, and it didn't take me long to settle on a monster girl for her after that. It's a pretty standard harpy girl design, but I kind of like the look for her.

Bananaversary! Chapter 1 Colored!

Technically this comic started in November of 2011, but at the time I was doing each page on commission from Dr. Sharktopus. But a year ago today is when I started seiously working on this comic on a near-daily basis and making money mostly off of Patreon. I've been kinda trying to play up Hannah's cute little buck teeth. I don't want them to be too extreme, but teeth can surprisingly be a big part of a character's cuteness. I've played up the sexiness of most of the characters, so it's nice to focus on a different aspect of attractiveness with Hannah.

Bonus: Celestial Lovers: Early Access

This picture was a ton of fun to work on.  This concept came from CGI as his idea for his pinup reward for the time and money he donates to the comic every month... it was definitely an ambitious project. We hammered out the details together, and eventually we came to the idea of these two celestial beings who are kind of like twin stars int he middle of a solar system. There was a lot of little tweaks to do with this image aside from the initial design, but overall I'm really happy with it...

15-05: Early Access

I've been sticking more faithfully to reference throughout this chapter so far, partly because I felt like my anatomy during the last chapter was a bit weak... although a big part of that was just because I was dealing with some extreme body types, which can be pretty hard to find reference for without just ripping off someone else's design for their art. This chapter is much more down to earth, and I think getting more solid anatomy should help with that.

It took a little bit of discussing with CGI to figure out exactly what kind of monster Trixie should be for this scene. At first the idea was to have her be a Slime Girl, to reflect the way her body has changed so drastically within the comic, but we introduced a slime girl monster into Side Dishes on Patreon, and I didn't want to either rip off my design from there or have to come up with wholly new one. I've been having a lot of fun with Bianca and Hannah. It's kind of funny how I have to rethink my mindset when it comes to Hannah... I feel like I tend to exaggerate my characters' sexiness, like how Lily wears obscenely short shorts that I doubt many women would actually wear in a bakery. Spanking is kind of hard to convey in a comic. I've noticed that most artists seem to convey it in different ways... either the moment of impact, the moment right after, or just show the character with their hand up ready to spank and the booty red enough to convey the idea that they've been spanked recently. I opted for the second option, where her butt is still kind of indented and Bianca is pulling her hand away.

I have to admit I'm kind of having more fun with this fairly straightforward tale of a gmilf with a dick having rough sex with a nun compared to a lot of the crazy stuff from last chapter. 

I'm not sure just how much Bianca would actually be able to fill up a dog bowl with cum... she's still unrealistically "capable", but as you might have noticed back in Chapter 9 she actually had to cast a spell on herself to accomplish the kind of stamina that Jenna has naturally.
