One of the most requested scenes for the comic is more glory hole play, but for now there are no planned glory hole scenes for a while in the comic. If it seems like there's a lot of text in today's update it's because I kind of want to get through today's update quickly so we can get to the good stuff sooner rather than later, but without skipping a lot of plot elements that would help this to feel like a natural series of events. You know someone is running late when they've got a piece of toast in their mouth.
I made a point of having a more solid background for this page because I felt like the earlier pages really didn't have enough of a background to them, which I feel like really helps to solidify a scene when you can really identify where the characters are in it at any given time. You also kind of have to be able to see the setup for Karen and the DDR pad, since that's going to be important for tomorrow's comic.

It's still a little tricky deciding just how much of Katherine's muscles to show off. It's tough to maintain a balance between sexy and just kind of off-putting with muscles... mostly I try to just make her very defined, but not bulky. And she always looks a bit extra oily, mostly because the good reference I can find of muscular women usually has them pretty oiled up as well.

I'm not super sure how much Katherine's huge nerd glasses look cute instead of just silly. With Jenna I actually went through quite a few sketches and designs before settling on a design that I thought was both sexy but also kind of unique... simple rectangular or oval glasses would have looked good too, but I like the idea of her having a distinct shape to her frames so that you can easily distinguish them from other pairs of glasses even if she's not wearing them. You can always tell the panels I had to use reference on because the characters always look a bit more realistic in those panels.

We had another tie this week, so as some of you have suggested we simply combined them together into one page. I'm pretty happy with how that last panel came out... it took forever in the pencilling stage to get everyone's position figured out, but it actually went pretty quick once it came to inking. It seems that no matter how drained she gets, it doesn't take much stimulation to get Jenna going again.

A few people have expressed interest or curiosity about Jenna's history, especially with her husband. I was wondering if anyone would actually be interested in seeing a chapter about their relationship... it's not something we would do very soon, but if we do it will be a largely sexless story that mostly just focuses on some romance and drama.

Dr. Sharktopus has been pushing for more footplay for a while. I tried to a bit light on this page because I'm worried that people won't take to it... I kind of made the decision to have Jenna start saying "gosh" and "golly" pretty much any time I can manage to fit it into the story. I'm not super sure why, but I find it weirdly adorable to have her saying stuff like that. There's a deliberate attempt to make Jenna be very cute and innocent, despite the extremely lewd acts she's always finding herself roped into.

I actually went through a few redesigns of Katherine's pajamas... I knew I wanted her to wear something with an animal pattern of some kind since she's, y'know... a cat. I eventually settled on paw prints because they seemed to be the easiest to draw repeatedly and have them still look good.
