One of the requests on the Patreon was for hotdogging... well, specifically for hotdogging with Dr. Feelgood, but for now I guess everyone will just have to be satisfied with Lily instead. When I did a google search for hotdogging I was kinda surprised that most of the results were from hentai instead of live-action footage. I guess it's not something that gets done in real life very often.

I know the cover used frosted glass, but that was more just so we could show off a porn scene that wasn't just a dick sticking through a wall. I personally don't like the use of random "xray" views, even though they seem to be pretty common in hentai. So I thought that frosted glass would be the best way to show off some of Jenna's body in a way that still conveyed the idea of a glory hole.

This page was kind of interesting for how much time I spent in the roughs part of that last panel. Normally I do fairly quick roughs with just a focus on character positions, then spend some time cleaning things up, fixing anatomy, then getting into the pencil stages the focus is more on design. Occasionally disregarding actual anatomy for something that would look more erotic. Anyway, in the roughs stage the story Dr. Sharktopus came up with had a specific pose in mind, and I was having trouble...

The comic's up a little later than usual today, mostly because I was out of the house and just now got back in. As some of you know I've got over a weeks worth of updates in a backlog, and in a little over a week this chapter will be finished and we'll be moving on. I just finished working on the cover for the new chapter, and it came out really interesting... Okay everyone we're going to start up another poll later this week (probably Tuesday), to help us decide where to go next with the comic. I've been trying to make sure that the shading has stronger contrasts... you can especially see it in the first panel, where most of her skin is white. The most common criticism since I started doing the shading was that the pages often ended up too "gray", without enough contrast. I'm trying to get it so that more elements of the art pop and have more of an impression on the viewer.

It was basically my idea to have one of the female characters have sunken nipples. Initially that was part of the design for Dr. Feelgood, because that's how I thought Nipple Fucking would work. But he showed me examples of what he actually meant, so she was changed to basically go the opposite route and just have really big nipples. I had to double check to make sure Lily hadn't been seen topless before this point... I don't think the dream sequence should count.

I've been looking at more hentai lately to try and get an idea of layout and design, and one of the big takeaways I started to gather was that this comic didn't have enough use of perspective. I feel like good use of perspective helps the events to feel more real and interactive... like you're actually there, instead of just viewing characters posing. I'll be trying to use more interesting perspective as often as possible. Also I had this page finished about two hours ago... but once I finished...

Condom play has pretty much been the plan for this scene from the start, hence the condom-focused cover. When Dr. Sharktopus gave me the rough draft for this story it just said "Lily puts the condom on Jenna"... I figured she might as well do it with her mouth. Although to be honest I've never actually seen someone put a condom on that way.

Side Dishes 3

We're finally getting started on Side Dishes proper! I don't know how long we'll be on this vampire story... once a full chapter is completed we'll take a vote again to see if we want to continue this story or move on to a new idea. It's all up to you guys! For now, though, we're going to stick through with this until we reach some kind of conclusion, though exactly how the story will continue will depend on all your input. For now the plan is to have some Frottage between Jenna and the Nunpire...

So the vampire hunter story won the poll! There was some concern about the fact that the poll allowed users to vote more than once... I'm going to try and adjust it so that users only get one vote... or maybe go for having one vote per day. But either way if it was abused by one or two users it really wasn't by much... one person with ten minutes to spare could have easily fed 500 votes to one option, but fortunately no one chose to do that. Kissing is one of those things that I pretty much always look up reference for. There's a few times where I wing it on something that I draw all the time, but for kissing I struggle. It's just tricky to really establish a kiss and not have it just look like two characters are mashing their faces together.
