Unrelated to the page above, but my wife and I have been rewatching the classic 90's X-Men cartoon, since the sequel series is coming out soon on Disney+.  I think what really sticks out to me about that series, compared to later adaptations, is how much stuff just shows up without rejiggering it to make more sense for a mutant-focused series. I decided to render this with cel shading, since I felt like it matched the look of the show a bit better than my usual full rendering. You can see the cel shading is quite a bit more complex than the cel shading in Side Dishes. As usual, there's more detail in these shortcake pages, hence why it takes me 2 days to finish a page, as opposed to my usual work which is drawn in a single day.

The script is finished! I tried to justify the name by including some NTR in the story, but it's really not the focus... I'm personally not a huge fan of NTR... I think some of the themes can be hot, and I think the taboo element to it is exciting, but when the person being cheated on is getting half the focus of the thing, it mostly just takes me out of it. So I tried to do just a touch more than the minimum, but still keep it as a mostly background element.
