I thought that, even though I'm sure most of you had seen it, that there was a place to discuss reviews over here - as the discussion is relevant to future product reviews.

I'd initially planned on my first Patreon backed review being "The best cheap manual grinder". However, the success of the first day has opened up some other possibilities. The most obvious is to look at high-end hand grinders, though I'd be able to review/compare fewer different units. Or I could look at something else entirely.
Let me know your thoughts, and if you want to leave an alternate idea (and vote with your likes for the ones you might want) then we can look at that too...

I thought I'd get straight to giving something away (even though your donations don't get billed/passed to me until February).
I bought these two things to compare, and I figure giving them away after sets the tone! Anyone who is a Patreon supporter can enter (just once though) and all you need to do is answer the question at the link (which do you think will be better?). I will announce the winners as part of the review video, which will likely go live on Monday 28th January.

I just wanted to write a quick post to say thank you! I really didn't expect the levels of support you've shown, and I didn't think I'd hit my goal so quickly.
I am getting pretty excited about the possibilities that are opening up with having more budget to spend on getting stuff to review (and then give away).
