Doctor Schmerzesser is a bicorn/eldritch abomination from the mind of Nutjob.  He (the doctor, not Nutjob) was once a demonic parasite, gorging upon the suffering of mortalkind, but he got bored.  So now he performs miraculous acts as a plastic surgeon in Las Pegasus.  They say, switch up your vocation every five years!

I like you so much that I drew a second Sundagio special for August!  I drew the one that I personally would have picked!  

Hippocampi despise sugar, Sunset.  You should have known better than to give ice cream to Adagio.  Better yet, you should have acted faster and told her to let you finish hers!
