A Project For June and Beyond

Hi pony friends.  I've got a JG-related project in mind that I'll be starting in June.  Considering how the comic proper is taking so painfully long to produce (what with my job, commissions AND this art block that I promise I've nearly kicked) I would like to start producing short narratives with illustrations showing how some of our favorite JG characters ultimately end up.  This can be considered headcanon development and will feature first right here on Patreon, along with ...

Berry Punch before she met Minuette and started putting the pieces back together.  In JG, Berry is a failed botanist turned alcoholic, with a young daughter she must care for despite her own problems.  Maybe I will write a story to go along with this pic.

January Special: Student Six

With the possible brief exception of Smolder, the Student Six do not (to my knowledge at this time) make an appearance in JG.  So if you've ever wanted to see one of them in my style, let's go for it!  Recall that only equines are anthro in the JG universe (I should really explain why sometime!). 

Junior Gala and You

Hi friends.  I wanted to talk with you a bit about the future of the Junior Gala comic.  As you know, last year was not such a great year for the comic proper.  I think I produced two full color pages in 12 months.  Some people probably think I'm letting the comic die, and although that's not at all the case, I do not have the impetus to produce pages the way I used to.  I have considered diving deep into short stories to let the audience know where JG will eventually...
