Discord Server

So it seems that the server is only inviting people who've joined/adjusted their subscription tiers. It's lonely right now so I'm posting the invite link. I figure next month the Patreon linker will sort things out with custom roles, but at least for now I'd like everyone who wants to be there to be there.

Update regarding tiers

I've added in Patreon tiers to tie in with the Discord and to also help organize who gets what when it comes to the extras I've added. Not sure if it'll automatically give you the nearest tier or if you'll have to adjust things.

Travel Update

After eight months of being away from home (I started writing Seek partly to have something to focus and calm myself at night), I'm finally sleeping in my own bed again. The journey home was long and arduous, fraught with food poisoning, forest fires, flooding and Biblical storms with zero visibility and raindrops the size of golf balls.

An Update

Alright, I'm finally updating since I have some time. A lot has been going on in my life, not too much of it good. My grandfather had two or three strokes in rapid succession and finally can't care for himself, meaning my parents have to go out and get things arranged while I keep the house functional and watch over the dog. I may be moving within the year to be closer to him, as well. So all of that's happening at once. I'm not slacking, however, and while I don't really have much time to wr...

For real this time!

Life's been kicking my ass recently. A close friend just lost her father and I've been supporting her, my family's been dealing with financial troubles, and I had a resurgence of depression-based lethargy. But I'm finally biting the bullet and forcing myself to get back to work. I know I'll feel better when I create something, but of course there's always that voice in the back of my head that tells me it won't be good enough and will only disappoint everyone.

I intended to get back to writing sooner but it's been a rough couple of months. Thankfully my dog is recovering from an illness so, after I throw a birthday party for my dad, I'm gonna get back to things!
