Please help my friend & her family

My best friend of many years has fallen really ill and has been hospitalized. She has 3 wonderful kids. While she's been in the hospital fighting to survive, her job has fired her, and her utilities are being shut off, and she is about to lose her house she worked so hard to get. She is the toughest woman I know, and she would seriously get mad at me for posting a fundraiser for her, but she cannot do this herself right now and needs all the help she can get. Sims 4 Lovestruck Expansion Pack Release 7/25/24

It will require an update that will come out today, regardless if you buy the pack or not. Make sure to back up your Sims files before this update today! The easiest way I do is to copy your Sims 4 folder from your documents folder and put somewhere such as your desktop. That way if anything goes missing, errors, etc you will have all your saves, mods, tray backed up

Contemporary Industrial Home Update

This is my build so far. There's still much left to do. The second to last pic here is where I want the kitchen to be, windows may or may not stay, or I may change them. I need some ideas for a kitchen set. I want to try to use a creators set to fully finish the kitchen. That's where you come in. I need some names of kitchen sets that you think would look great here! Suavelle CC Study Set

This is the next set in my Suavelle Home cc pack. This is the Suavelle Study set. This is an 8 piece set which comes with a desk, pc, lamp, chair, desk chair, bookcase, and 2 sets of books. You can search for all of the sets by searching Suavelle Home Set

Suavelle Wall Bookshelves

This is the shelves I just finished. These are also all the colors of the wood that the Suavelle CC Pack comes in. I have to finish the books, and several more pieces of cc to add to this, and I'll release this in a few days. Then I will be finishing up the build to release it soon as well.

Home Build

This is the build that the Suavelle cc pack will be going into. I made this several years ago, and will be renovating it as well. I also need a name for this, so I need your suggestions so I can put into a poll!

I apologize, the last couple days I've had some issues with my kidneys and was unable to really get a head start on my Suavelle Living cc set. So this afternoon I'll be working on that. And the build I'm working at at the same time is a 2 story modern home, I'll put some screenshots up pretty soon 😊

Suavelle CC Dining Set

I apologize I didn't have this finished yesterday. This set is the first out of the Suavelle Home Pack. This comes with 9 objects. A functional table, chairs, light. The sideboard, vase, dishes, glasses, wine bottles, portraits are deco. The sideboard has a lot of deco slots as well. I put some time into these, and I hope you will enjoy them!

Please update as soon as possible! Make sure to backup your Sims 4 Tray, saves, mods as well before updating. Once the update is complete, you will be able to play offline.
