New schedule~ General update.
So I'm gonna try and get back to a schedule that worked pretty well for me back when I was more consistent activity wise. I'll be doing a 9-5 PST schedule during the weekdays, and that'll be a hard cut off after 5 and on weekends so that I can tell my brain it's ok to shut off. I'm hoping being more strict about separating work and personal time will help with my anxiety/productivity. We'll see how it goes!
In the mean time, that does mean I'm limiting the amount of time during the day ...
